“For 16 years, Brownsboro Hardware & Paint has hosted the EggFEST Food Festival, with all participants cooking on a Big Green Egg grill. In that time, EggFEST has become a popular community event of the summer. We’ve raised nearly $450,000 for local food charities, including Kentucky Harvest and A Recipe to End Hunger. During the holidays, we’ve also raised money to place wreaths on veterans’ graves at Zachary Taylor National Cemetery. Our philosophy is: Invest in the community that invests in us.”
